CA&D is a privately owned small business concern, located within an hours’ drive of both Washington DC as well as Virginia’s capital of Richmond. CA&D has been serving the government and electronics industry as a contract manufacturer since 1982.

Since 1992, the company has operated in it’s 25,000 square foot facility with state of the art automated equipment and staffed with highly skilled employees. The company is ISO9001-2008 certified, and it’s operator’s are trained to the latest quality standards.

For over 29 years the company has provided professional engineering and manufacturing services to a broad range of government and commercial customers. Throughout its existence, the organization has successfully managed many turn-key engineering and manufacturing projects and prototyping support, which have involved major electrical and electro-mechanical design tasks.

CA&D offers printed circuit board design, fabrication and assembly using thru-hole and surface mount technology, design and testing of electronic devices, as well as additional services on an as needed and quick reaction basis.
